Sd.Kfz. 7/1 chassis

Started putting the vehicle together. First i done the gearbox.
Nothing fancy, as it will be hidden from view.

Today i taken the delivery of goodies from Panzerart.
Nice resin wheels for the vehicle, and the trailer, and the cooler winter warmer.

Engine, gearbox, and most of the guts are on:

Suspension on. Wheels ready to be painted, but i leave them out until then.

Rubber skirting between the cab, and the bonnet made with CA soaked cigarette rolling paper.

SdKfz 7/1

Water is still curing on the Citroen base, so i opened the new model- Trumpeter's SdKfz 7/1 with the 2 cm flakvierling 38, and the ammo trailer 51.

Detailing will be done using the kit's PE + Aber

I will replace the kit's tracks and sprockets with Friul ATL-24

At the front of the vehicle we can see the motorcycle being transported.
Most probably the field mod. I will be using the Zundapp K 800 solo bike from the Vulcan/ Swash sidecar set.

Started building the bike first.

Motorbike finished now:

Bike weathered, and chipped.
I added the side pannier bag made from scratch.
I also reworked the seat, and front light.
Now onto the Sd.Kfz.

Citroen 2CV Furgonnette- water pouring

I set the car on the base, painted the river bottom, added the branches, and poured some water.
I used the Woodland Scenics Realistic Water mixed with Olive Drab, and some Buff.
I hope when it sets the froth will remain.

Citroen 2 CV Furgonnette cont.

I changed the plan for the Citroen model.
The decals i wanted to use on it didn't work out, and i decided to cut the body as it was dumped in the water.
Rusty texture was added to the lover sections, and whole body was sprayed with dark brown.

Colours on, and brown wash.

PzKpfw I Ausf.A finished

Model is finished now.
I made the little base for it. Tank is crossing the polish boarded on 1 IX 1939, so i painted it without any battle damage, or much weathering.
Enjoy:

...and here with TKS.
